The American Cement Association (ACA) reported that registration is now open for the fourth annual virtual Sustainability Summit. This three-day virtual event will explore the latest advancements, practical solutions and emerging technologies shaping the future of cement and concrete manufacturing.
This year’s summit, happening Aug. 25-27 beginning each day at noon EDT, will provide the latest from the U.S. cement industry – from progress made to where the industry is heading next.
- August 25 – Opening Session: Keynote from Brian Potter; Fundamentals of the Roadmap and Cement and Concrete Value Chain.
- August 26 – Solutions-Focused Case Examples on Roadmap Priorities.
- August 27 – Closing Session: Where Do We Go from Here?
- Featured Keynote: Brian Potter, author of the newly released “The Origins of Efficiency.”
Drawing from his latest book, Potter will explore how the pursuit of efficiency remains foundational to sustainability today. His keynote will examine the relationship between optimization, technological breakthroughs, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in creating a more sustainable industrial future.
