The Plibrico Company acquired TFL, a long-standing refractory distributor, service provider, and precast shape manufacturer based in Houston, Texas.
The deal strengthens Plibrico’s presence in Texas and the Southern United States while expanding precast manufacturing capabilities, technical resources, and operational capacity.
