Thermo-Tech Introduces a 6,500 Gal.-Water Heating System

Thermo-Tech Inc. announced a new product now available, a portable high-volume water-heating system engineered to elimate the need for a heated building or other makeshift solutions,

Unlike traditional alternatives such as using a high-capacity water heater plumbed to a couple of tanks strung out between insulated, heated sea containers, then connected with heat traced hoses, pumps, valves and switches, Thermo-Tech rolled all the equipment into one compact unit.

Water levels, temperatures and pumps are controlled from just one panel and flow between tanks and discharge requirements are controlled by a common valve bank. The compact size for this 6,500-gal. system is just four feet longer than a small sea container.

“This system can be producing large volumes of hot or heated water the same day it is delivered and it is well suited for -40 degrees,” said Steve Dixon, the designer.

Key features of this system include:
• Easy to setup and operate or relocate.
• More efficient and the overall cost can be less than most alternatives.
• Complete system in a compact size, integrates into any project.
