Colorado supplementary cementitious materials process developer Terra CO2 Holdings LLC has appointed Pete Lyons as chief executive officer, a title he held through late-2025 at Indiana aggregate and ready mixed concrete producer Irving Materials Inc.
He arrives with Terra CO2 six months into construction of its first commercial scale facility – a 240,000 tpy capacity operation in Cleburn, Texas, dedicated to the flagship product, OPUS SCM. Additional sites are in various stages of development, each to be equipped for converting local, silicate-rich feedstocks to OPUS series concrete binders.
